The house was designed on a small plot with an access from the south, among single-family buildings in Warsaw's Białołęka district.

The design challenge was to design a sunny recreational part of the house with large covered and unroofed terraces, while at the same time ventilating and ensuring privacy from the street located on the southern side of the plot.
