description: The Patria Villa in Józefów near Warsaw was built in 1928 and will soon undergo a complete renovation in accordance with a design developed by our studio. The building has the characteristics of historic holiday architecture typical of the towns along the Otwock line near Warsaw – spacious verandas allowed the villa's residents to enjoy the surrounding nature and convalesce. Thanks to the efforts of an investor from nearby Otwock operating on the local market - Landmark - and architects from our studio, the villa has been entered in the register of monuments of the Mazovia Province. A complex of contemporary apartment buildings is being built around the villa. The entire complex has been integrated into a charming plot of land, beautifully wooded with majestic pine trees. The renovated villa will contain apartments for rent.
