- Patria Apartments is an intimate residential complex in Józefów near Warsaw, designed around a historic villa built in 1928 and recently entered in the register of monuments of the Mazovia Province. The newly designed residential buildings will contain 12 apartments, each of which will have a unique view of mature trees, mainly characteristic pines, and the unique, historic villa after its complete renovation. Each of the two-story apartments has been designed with a spacious balcony off the living area, a terrace off the bedrooms and a garden. The ground floors feature apartments with direct access to ground gardens belonging to each of them.
