House + was designed on a picturesque plot of land located in a bend of the Jeziorka river, in the suburbs of Warsaw Konstancin. There are several single-family houses in the area and on the other side of the street there is a small estate of low-rise multi-family buildings. The plot area from the north is adjacent to the internal access road and gently slopes to the south. The individual functions of the building are arranged on a plan that is close to a plus. The main entrance to the building is located on the road side. This is also where the entrance to a spacious garage for three cars was naturally located. Between the entrance hall and the garage there is a dressing room that uses the space under the stairs to the first floor of the building. From the entrance hall there is access to a single-space living area consisting of a living room, kitchen and dining room. This space is also continued outside the building in the form of a terrace and then a garden. In the living room, a TV was abandoned in favor of a fireplace, while a separate room for audiovisual projections was created. An interesting solution is the division of the kitchen into an open part, which is directly adjacent to the dining room, and a closed part, which also serves as a handy pantry. Thanks to this, it is easier to maintain the orderly nature of the part available to guests without having to compromise on the functioning of the kitchen. The first floor is designed as a cuboid with its narrow side perpendicular to the street. As a result, natural roofs were created over the entrance area and a large part of the terrace. On the first floor, there are residents' bedrooms with the necessary wardrobes and bathrooms. On the side of the street there is an additional room - an office with a place to work. From the side of the entrance, the body of the building has only one window, while it opens with large glazing to the inner garden from the south and west. The windows have been withdrawn in relation to the building face and hidden under an eaves to prevent the rooms from heating up too much in the summer. Additionally, intelligent external blinds are planned to adjust the degree of opening to the current insolation. As for the facade finish, the lower part of the building is planned to be plastered with fragments of fiber-cement boards in a graphite shade, while the first floor is to be finished with a facade of Siberian larch boards.
