- description
The house was designed on a wooded plot in Jelenia Góra, from which there is a panoramic view of the Karkonosze Mountains.
In order to use the advantages of the plot sculpted in height, it was planned as a system of 2 forms connected by a glass connector. This assumption made it possible to orientate the living spaces visually to the most attractive views of the mountain range and the unique rock formation located nearby on the plot.
The original character was given by the use of 4 sloping roofs with skylights in their upper part. The surfaces of the facades and roofs are designed of shingle with a characteristic texture of live wood, which will turn gray with time. The use of blinds in an accordion arrangement will allow for partial or complete closure of large glazing depending on the presence of users, time of day or the mood of the residents.
