The building was designed on a long plot of land gently sloping towards the Bzura River, in the city of Sochaczew.   The design assumption was to create spatial enclaves for each of the passionate users and a common meeting place for a multigenerational family, while opening towards the picturesque river and the surrounding nature.  

The building was broken into 3 blocks with gable roofs. Each of them has a different function. The introduction of the connector made it possible to move the blocks apart and create intimate spaces between them. These patios were filled with vegetation. Large glazing optically enlarge the interior of the house.
